Sales Representative

The Lead Fabricator is responsible for overseeing fabrication projects from start to finish while guiding and mentoring a team of fabricators. This role requires hands-on fabrication skills, strong leadership, and the ability to ensure projects meet deadlines, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Job Duties:

• Apply product knowledge to marketing/sales of goods and services
• Apply sales techniques to best serve our customers
• Identify best products for customers needs.
• Practice "Honesty and Integrity" in all matters
• Develop sales plan to grow sales/ cold calling, prospecting, and networking.
• Develop solid customer relationships.
• Sell products and services.
• Develop, present, and price customer solutions.
• Oversee installations in conjunction with field crews.
• Follow-up with customers to ensure relationship continues.
• Expand customer base by attracting new customers.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Five years sales experience in the sheet metal and/or material collection industry.
• A wide knowledge base covering sheet metal applications is a plus.
• Ability to accurately measure and draw sketches, and read blue prints.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Knowledge of calculating CFM's and static pressure.
• Computer skills (Outlook, Word & Excel)
• Project management skills
• Knowledge of AutoCAD a plus
• Strong math skills.
• Must have own tools and welding equipment.
• The ability to stand for 8+ hours a day
