Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Bar Supervisor for a full-time, on-site position located in Houston, TX. The Bar Supervisor will oversee daily bar operations, manage bar staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain compliance with food and beverage standards. Responsibilities include, inventory management, training team members, ensuring cleanliness, and handling guest concerns promptly to guarantee a seamless bar experience. The role will also involve coordinating with other departments to support events and ensure high-quality service delivery. Qualifications Proven Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, staff scheduling, and performance management Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to provide a welcoming and professional experience for guests Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage operations, including bar management and inventory control Experience in Training and mentoring bar staff to maintain excellent service standards Ability to handle high-pressure situations and solve problems effectively Understanding of health and safety guidelines in food and beverage services Previous experience as a bar supervisor, bartender, or similar role is preferred
