Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant General Manager located in Houma, LA. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, manage team performance, and maintain consistent quality standards. Responsibilities include managing budgets, profit and loss (P&L) reporting, staff recruitment and training, and ensuring customer satisfaction while upholding operational excellence and hospitality standards. Qualifications Proficiency in P&L Management and Budgeting to ensure financial health and operational efficiency. Ability to deliver outstanding Customer Service and consistently achieve high Customer Satisfaction levels. Demonstrated experience in Hiring and building high-performing teams. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail. Experience in the food service or hospitality industry is a strong advantage. Hospitality, or related field is preferred but not required.
