You'll work across teams to deliver robust telemetry, enhance reliability, and enable data‑driven operational excellence.You will:- Implement observability frameworks covering metrics, logs, traces, profiling, and events.- Build scalable telemetry pipelines using technologies such as OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Jaeger, Tempo, or similar.- Develop instrumentation libraries, SDKs, agents, and exporters for distributed services.- Optimize ingestion, storage, and query performance for high‑volume telemetry data.- Partner with engineering and SRE teams to define and measure SLIs/SLOs/SLAs.- Build dashboards, alerts, and diagnostics tools to support real‑time monitoring and troubleshooting.- Lead data‑driven incident analysis and provide actionable insights.- Automate deployments table.
