Job Summary The Data Analyst Intern will support the Sharecare Clinical, Billing, and Extract team. This role will assist in developing a standardized intake process for new work requests, including billing rule enhancements and data extract requests. The intern will play a key role in improving the consistency, clarity, and efficiency of how new work is requested, documented, and tracked.
Essential Functions
Define, document, and consolidate existing capabilities across billing and extract functions
Assist in designing and maintaining a standardized intake/request form to improve clarity and efficiency in ticket submission
Support the intake and lifecycle management of new requests, including documentation and communication
Partner with stakeholders to facilitate accurate and complete request submissions
Collaborate cross-functionally with team members to ensure alignment and effective delivery of requests
Qualifications
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred
Previous work experience or meaningful extracurricular involvement preferred
