Highland Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our fast-paced, team-oriented veterinary practice. We operate on a walk-in basis , so the ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a busy environment while maintaining excellent customer service.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
(1-hour meal break)
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and managing a multi-line phone system
- Checking in clients and their pets efficiently
- Processing client billing and payments after services
- Scheduling surgeries and boarding appointments
- Handling medication refill requests and processing prescriptions
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and patients
- Supporting the veterinary team with daily front desk operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of veterinary customer service experience (required)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Must work well with others
- Reliable transportation required
