Job Summary
Under the direction of a Radiologist, performs imaging procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail. Performs a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgment with ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation or prescribed radiofrequency beams for radiologic diagnosis and / or intervention and utilize magnetic fields to produce quality MRI imaging . Assumes responsibility for designated areas or procedures as required.
Required Qualifications
* Require American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) (R) certification and active State of Florida Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) license. - OR - - Require graduate of an accredited American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (ARMRIT) certification program.
Required License and Certs
BLS: Basic Life Support/CPR
