**Location:** Bedford Park, IL
**Pay:** $18.50/Hr.
Responsibilities for Administrative Clerk jobs include but are not limited to:
Prepares simple to complex spreadsheets that may include graphs.
Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments, meetings.
Establishes and administers files, binders and records.
Provides general administrative support and back-up to other administrative assistants and the reception desk, as needed.
Responsible for ordering supplies, arranging equipment maintenance, handling meeting and facility arrangements.
Maintain phone lists, organizational charts and facility maps.
Process expense reports and invoices.
Maintains satisfactory attendance to include timelines.
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Administrative Clerk jobs:
High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus experience with administrative support.
Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting and executing simple instructions, short
correspondence and memos.
Skilled in writing simple correspondence.
Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using whole numbers.
May require travel for special events as needed.
Required to lift and move up to 20 pounds.
Skilled in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook.
Knowledge of standard office practices and procedures.
Strong verbal, written, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills.

**Pay Details:** $18.50 per hour
