Pay Rate: $18-$21 per hour (based on experience)
Position Overview
ProLogistix is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to support transportation and supply chain operations. This role is responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring on-time delivery, maintaining accurate records, and supporting cost-effective logistics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments via truck, rail, air, and ocean carriers
- Schedule deliveries and pickups while ensuring timelines are met
- Track inventory and shipments, resolving delays or issues as they arise
- Communicate with vendors, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including BOLs, invoices, and customs paperwork
- Monitor transportation costs and identify opportunities for cost savings
- Ensure compliance with safety, customs, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate records within logistics or ERP systems

Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Proficiency with logistics systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
