Grosse Pointe Public Schools is searching for full and/or part-time individuals to work during the summer of 2026. If you are looking to work in a fast-paced, never-boring workspace, apply soon. Job Summary :
- General cleaning of building interior
- Maintaining school grounds (exterior)
- Performs other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of materials, equipment, and methods commonly used in cleaning operations
- Ability to perform physical labor required for cleaning duties, including relatively long hours while standing
- Ability to follow simple oral and written instructions
- Knowledge of proper use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work effectively with staff and students
- Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 25 lbs.
Working Conditions:
$16.05/hour, typical shift is Monday - Friday, flexible schedules can be offered
