Position Overview:
We are seeking a personable, highly organized, and sales-driven Medspa Front Desk Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, an interest/background in Medical Aesthetics, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This role is central to ensuring a seamless client experience while driving growth through effective communication, service recommendations, and the promotion of our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Client Interaction:
- Create a warm, polished first impression by greeting and welcoming every client in a professional, attentive, and friendly manner.
- Deliver a high-touch, luxury experience ensuring every client feels cared for, comfortable, and valued from arrival through departure.
- Manage client check-ins and check-outs while maintaining a calm, organized, and welcoming front desk environment.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively assist with scheduling follow-up appointments, treatment planning coordination, and retail product purchases.
- Respond thoughtfully to client inquiries regarding treatments, services, and skincare products, helping guide clients toward the best options for their goals.
- Address minor client concerns with professionalism and empathy, escalating more complex issues to management when necessary.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to email inquiries, and manage patient flow efficiently.
- Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Facility Maintenance:
- Perform opening and closing duties, as required, for the MedSpa.
- Ensure lounge areas are tidy and welcoming for clients.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years (preferred) in a customer-facing, hospitality role
- Knowledge of medical aesthetics and skincare is highly desired.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in email, scheduling software, and mobile devices.
**Experience with Zenoti software is a plus.
Availability
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work some Saturdays.
