About
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Facilities Manager in the restaurant or hospitality industry, with a strong emphasis on remodels and image enhancements. Proven experience managing facilities for full‑service, multi‑unit restaurant operations. Demonstrated success managing multiple projects across geographically dispersed sites. Strong background in preparing budgets and coordinating capital repairs, renovations, and minor remodels. Expertise in vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management. Thorough understanding of restaurant facility systems, codes, and compliance requirements. Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Candidates must live, or be willing to relocate to the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.
