About the Role:
As a P6 Scheduler at Crusoe, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of large-scale construction initiatives critical to Crusoe's mission. This position will ensure accurate, timely scheduling and forecasting of project timelines using Primavera P6 across our data center developments. (#INDDIG)
What You'll Be Working On:
* Develop and manage comprehensive construction project schedules using Primavera P6 for Crusoe's hyperscale data center initiatives
* Collaborate with construction, engineering, and operations teams to maintain milestone programs and ensure alignment with overall project goals
* Perform schedule risk assessments and support mitigation planning
* Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and validate contractor performance against schedule
* Lead critical path and near-critical path reviews with cross-functional stakeholders
* Generate schedule reports and support project controls team with analytics and forecast updates
* Coordinate scope alignment with trades and internal teams to ensure schedule accuracy
* Provide recovery plans and corrective action guidance when delays or risks are identified
* Track schedule deliverables, facilitate schedule review meetings, and provide what-if scenario analysis
* Support reporting requirements for leadership, clients, and regulatory compliance
What You'll Bring to the Team:
* 5+ years of hands-on experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project on large-scale construction projects
* Experience with data centers, high-tech infrastructure, or mission-critical facilities strongly preferred
* Familiarity with float management, critical path method (CPM), and sequencing logic
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* Strong communication skills; ability to synthesize complex schedule data into clear updates for internal and external stakeholders
* Proficiency in Smartsheet and Microsoft Office
* Certifications such as PMP, PSP (AACE), or CMMA a plus
