Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Anaheim, CA, 92801
Duration: 3 Months
Shift Timing: 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to customers to provide support and information
  • Create and manage service tickets accurately and in a timely manner
  • Order and maintain office supplies as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support team operations

Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years in a related role
  • Customer Service: External customer service experience required; call center experience preferred
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate proficiency with computer applications
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Education: High school diploma (or equivalent) required
  • Anaheim, California, United States
