Customer Service Representative

Location: Anaheim, CA, 92801
Duration: 3 Months
Shift Timing: 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers to provide support and information
- Create and manage service tickets accurately and in a timely manner
- Order and maintain office supplies as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned to support team operations
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years in a related role
- Customer Service: External customer service experience required; call center experience preferred
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Technical Skills: Intermediate proficiency with computer applications
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage tasks and prioritize effectively
- Education: High school diploma (or equivalent) required
