The Opportunity
Join the Office of the Registrar as an Operations Coordinator and play a critical role in supporting institutional compliance, data integrity, and student record management across a dynamic, multi-term academic environment. This position offers the opportunity to serve as a technical and operational expert, ensuring accurate reporting to key external agencies such as the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC), National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS), and state regulatory bodies.
In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with academic departments, financial aid, and business analysts to optimize reporting processes, enhance system efficiencies, and support strategic initiatives. You will contribute directly to audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and the continuous improvement of registrar operations, while also helping shape academic partnerships through
