Salary Range: $75,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Hart that are seeking skilled Master Schedulers. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the master production schedule, considering capacity constraints and material availability.
- Collaborate with sales, production, and supply chain to align on production plans and delivery commitments.
- Monitor inventory levels and production progress, adjusting schedules as needed to meet demand and minimize excess.
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, escalating complex issues to management with proposed solutions.
- Optimize production sequences to improve efficiency, reduce lead times, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Utilize ERP/MRP systems to generate, analyze, and update scheduling data.
- Analyze forecast accuracy and production performance, implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in production planning, master scheduling, or demand planning within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with various departments.
- APICS CSCP or CPIM certification preferred.
Bonus Qualifications
- APICS CSCP or CPIM certification
- Experience with advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software (e.g., SAP APO, Kinaxis RapidResponse)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
