Salary Range: $48,000 - $68,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Mattawan that are seeking skilled Customer Service Representatives. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, orders, and delivery schedules.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or specifications
- Certification in a relevant area (e.g., Six Sigma Yellow Belt, APICS Basics)
- Bilingual proficiency (especially Spanish or other languages prevalent in manufacturing workforces)
