CLINICAL COORDINATOR - IOP (LICENSED)

This role sits inside an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) designed for real people with real lives. Clients can work, care for family, and stay connected to the world - while getting meaningful, structured treatment that actually fits real life.
We're looking for a Florida-licensed clinician who knows substance use and co-occurring disorders, loves group work, and can balance clinical depth with warmth, clarity, and leadership.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Manage a reasonable caseload and meet productivity goals
  • Facilitate group therapy (IOP groups run Mon/Wed/Fri mornings)
  • Provide individual and family therapy
  • Assess, plan, and guide client treatment journeys
  • Occasionally support other continuum programs
  • Create a therapeutic, respectful, recovery-focused environment
  • Communicate mission, values, and standards with consistency

WHAT YOU NEED
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • Active Florida license : LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW
  • Strong understanding of substance use treatment
  • Experience with co-occurring disorders (preferred)
  • Great communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Comfort with EMRs, Teams/telehealth, and modern workflows
  • Ability to pass Level II fingerprinting, drug screen, and background check
