- Shifts available: Clinic is Mon-Thurs 8:00am-5pm; Fri 8am-12pm, Call is 7am to 7am - Call: 1:3, 24hr call shifts
- Specific requirements/restrictions: Beeper call response time required: 30 minutes, All skills required except for: Level II/Targeted/(anatomic) OB Ultrasounds-Performance of, interpretation, Amniocentesis, Laser certification, Active Washington State license or IMLC required, ACLS; BLS; NRP and Fetal Heart Monitoring, ***Clean background with no malpractice***
