**What You'll Do**
- Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral and educational assessments
- Analyze data and adjust interventions to support student progress
- Develop and oversee Tier 1, 2, and 3 behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support IEP development
- Partner with educators and staff to meet diverse student needs
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and district policies
**What We're Looking For**
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Active clearances (Child Abuse, State, and Federal)
- Passion for working with students in a school-based setting
