How you'll make an impact in this role
* Work with doctors and teams to provide high-level data interpretation for critical neuro-monitoring (EEG, ICU, LTM).
* Lead and train staff on advanced equipment setup and data protocols.
* Build and fix the "tech web" connecting medical devices (like Nihon Kohden and Persyst) using Citrix and secure networks (VLANs).
* Ensure patient data moves safely and smoothly across hospital systems.
* Manage the entire life of medical equipment-from picking vendors and buying gear to installing it during hospital renovations.
* Evaluate technical risks and plan budgets for high-stakes clinical systems.
* Work with IT to hunt for vulnerabilities and protect patient data.
* Ensure all devices follow FDA, CMS, and Joint Commission rules for safety and privacy.
* Find out why tech fails (root-cause analysis) and fix it to prevent downtime.
* Make sure the technology works the same way across all hospital locations.
* Act as the main link between vendors, IT, and medical staff.
* Manage service contracts and lead large-scale tech rollouts across the organization.
What minimum requirements you'll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
* BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job
