We are currently recruiting for a Staffing Coordinator  to join our team!

Duties and Responsibilities:  Staffing Coordinator

  • Oversees the implementation and management of the schedule 
  • Utilize the software provided (COVR) to create master schedule
  • Fill shift openings and replace when staff call-in 
  • Act as customer service liaison for the facility employees 
  • Contact residents to ensure that all of their needs are met and the experience is positive
  • Assist residents, family members and visitors with any special requests or arrangements

Qualifications and Skills:  Staffing Coordinator

We are seeking team members who have the following qualifications and skills:

  • 1-2 years' experience preferred
  • Ideal candidate will have current CNA certification in the state of Wisconsin
  • Professional enthusiastic attitude
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Shows initiative in daily work
