General Manager
to lead the opening and ongoing operations of Piccolo Morini. This role requires a strong, hands-on leader who can build and develop a high-performing team, drive service standards, and create a consistent, welcoming guest experience in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead all front-of-house operations with a focus on service, hospitality, and execution Build, train, and develop a strong FOH team aligned with company standards Drive a culture of accountability, professionalism, and teamwork Oversee staffing, scheduling, and daily operations to ensure efficiency Maintain high standards of guest experience and resolve issues effectively Partner with culinary leadership to ensure alignment between FOH and BOH Manage financial performance including labor, cost control, and revenue goals Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a General Manager or senior leadership role Background in high-volume, quality-driven restaurant environments Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and develop teams Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to manage operations, staffing, and financial performance Passion for hospitality and delivering consistent guest experiences Ability to walk, lift, stand, kneel, bend, lift for long periods of time What We Offer At Altamarea Group, we are committed to creating a supportive and professionally rewarding work environment for all of our team members.
