Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Night Shift Supervisor at Rhyno Manufacturing, located in Wheeling, IL. The Night Shift Supervisor will oversee nightly operations, manage production schedules, ensure team productivity, and enforce workplace safety protocols. Responsibilities include supervising staff, troubleshooting operational issues, coordinating with other departments, monitoring equipment performance, and ensuring the timely completion and quality of manufactured products. Qualifications Leadership and team management experience to effectively supervise shift workers and maintain high employee performance. Operational knowledge, including production planning, equipment troubleshooting, and quality assurance practices. Familiarity with workplace safety standards, protocols, and compliance requirements. Strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate with teams and prepare reports. Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making to address production challenges promptly and efficiently. Previous manufacturing or supervisory experience in the Cold Heading Industry is necessary. Flexibility to work night shifts and manage a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
