Majic Productions is seeking a reliable and professional Client Support Specialist to join our remote team. This role is responsible for supporting clients, maintaining communication, assisting with scheduling and coordination, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the service process.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with scheduling, coordination, and client follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems as needed
• Support the operations team with administrative and customer-related tasks
• Monitor client requests and ensure issues are resolved efficiently
• Communicate effectively with internal departments regarding client needs
• Provide a positive and professional customer experience at all times

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, administrative, or support experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Proficiency with email platforms, spreadsheets, and online systems
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
