A Tulsa company is seeking a Water Mitigation Manager to oversee water damage restoration projects from assessment through completion, ensuring quality work, timely service, and compliance with industry standards.
$75,000 - $90,000 Depending on experience
Responsibilities
* Manage mitigation projects (extraction, drying, cleanup)
* Inspect sites and create mitigation plans
* Supervise crews and ensure safety/procedures
* Coordinate schedules, staff, and equipment
* Communicate with customers
* Maintain documentation and monitor jobs
* Train team members and manage performance
* Respond to emergency calls as needed
Requirements
* Strong understanding of water damage restoration and building materials
* Knowledge of mitigation procedures of water, mold, fire, and storm losses.
* Ability to supervise, train, coach, and mentor
* Knowledge of OSHA standards and proper PPE usage
