Job Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle inbound and outbound customer service calls
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate customer records
  • Professional and friendly customer service attitude
  • Previous customer service or call center experience a plus, but not required
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required

The pay rate ranges from $18-$85.00
