Bright Now Dental Temecula-Winchester office, is looking for a motivated, patient-focused Comprehensive Care Dentist to join our established practice Monday through Friday. Schedule (days/hours)
Days can vary but we need Wednesdays for sure
Responsibilities
* Lead the day with purpose - kick off each morning with a team huddle to create alignment for the day.
* Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support.
* Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams and communicate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
* Empower your team - delegate effectively to team members so you can maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry.
* Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.
Qualifications
* DDS or DMD from an accredited school
* Active state dental license, CPR Certification, and DEA License (or in process of obtaining )
* Controlled Substance License (if required by the state)
* Legally authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
Compensation
$850 to $900 a day
