Job Summary:
Performs in-depth and complex planning, scheduling and coordination of product movements of bulk liquids via pipeline, truck, rail, and barge/vessel to ensure continuity of marketing supply. Works closely with traders in direct support of trading and retail marketing strategy.
Core Responsibilities:
* Effectively manages and assists others with, the overall supply chain for refined and/or renewable products
* Seamlessly resolves product supply issues as a result of planned or unplanned events
* Leads develop on solutions to complex problems
* Inventory management in the process of scheduling, and oversees end of year inventory targets for the team
* Ensures solutions are consistent with organization's objectives
* Interfaces with industry counterparts and 3rd party carriers to negotiate and coordinate deliveries of required inventory
