**Customer Support Representative I**
**Location:** Enfield, CT (On-site)
**Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
**Pay:** $19.00 - $21.00 per hour, based on experience
**Position Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Customer Support Representative I** to join our growing team. This is an entry-level opportunity with full training provided and clear room for advancement.
The Customer Support Representative (CSR) serves as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating with internal production teams. This role plays a key part in delivering a positive customer experience and maintaining strong client relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
+ Respond to inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
+ Process work orders, forms, applications, and requests
+ Manage customer orders, including data files, artwork, and instructions
+ Coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy
