Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Quality Review of CM team performance and deliverables
- Adherence to contract documents and approved submittals
- Quality review of Inspector Daily Reports
- Quality of CM Administration
- Documentation of project risks
- Processing of contract invoices
- Processing of shop drawings
- Processing of RFIs
- Processing of permits
- Processing of change orders
- Processing of subcontractor approvals
- Management of project documentation tools, i.e. software
- Management, Coordination and Integration with Operating Staff including Maintenance of Facility Operation
- Management of Schedule
- Tracking of Safety
- Facilitating Project Closeout
- Management of CM budget and staffing
- Collaboration amongst team members; Owner, Engineer, Operators and Contractors
- Direct report to Senior Construction Management
Qualifications and Skills:
- 10+ years experience
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
- Professional Registration preferred.
- Experience in Water/Wastewater preferred but not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project and related PC software packages used on design and construction projects
