Job Summary
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Division Head. This role is responsible for managing a heavy executive calendar, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations at the senior leadership level. The ideal candidate is mature, proactive, and capable of working independently with strong judgment and discretion.
Job Description
- Manage complex and high-volume executive calendar scheduling
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring proper preparation and follow-through
- Provide administrative support to senior leadership (C-suite level)
- Prepare, edit, and manage documents and presentations
- Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency in all tasks
Skills Required
- 3-5 years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executive-level roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with sound judgment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Access (preferred/plus)
Education/Training/Certifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Master's degree preferred.
Additional requirements
- Shift Time: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Pay Rate
- Pay range: $46-$54 per hour, based on experience, skills, and market factors
