The Operations Officer performs Universal Banker duties and oversee day-to-day operations of Universal Bankers to ensure exceptional customer service and properly implemented security measures.
Responsibilities
- Opens/closes branch daily, prepares employee schedules and workflows, monitors branch cash general ledger accounts and recap sheet to ensure balance within stated cash limit, and monitors branch proof adjustment general ledger suspense
