Plant Associate

We are hiring Plant Associates for a manufacturing facility in Monroe, NC. This is a temp-to-hire position with opportunity for permanent placement.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble building materials (trusses, wall panels)
• Use hand tools, nail guns, and saws
• Measure and cut materials
• Load/unload and support production

Requirements:

• Manufacturing, construction, or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Dependable and hard-working
