What You'll Be Doing
* Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure efficient production and safety compliance
* Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery
* Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime
* Maintain accurate records of production data and equipment performance
* Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement and operational goals

* Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to learn technical processes
* Strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Effective communication and problem-solving skills
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
Physical Demands
* Ability to stand, walk, climb, reach, bend, and lift materials or equipment as needed to perform job duties.
* Capability to work in physically demanding conditions, including extended periods of equipment operation and movement across uneven terrain.
Work Environment
* Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
