Job Description
As the Superintendent - Rochester, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing all onsite activities for assigned Building and Construction projects
- Managing subcontractors, schedules, and daily field logistics
- Maintaining safety compliance and conducting regular safety meetings
- Ensuring work follows plans, drawings, specifications, and client expectations
- Managing inspections, resolving site issues, and preventing delays
- Coordinating closely with Project Managers and leadership
- Upholding quality standards and maintaining a clean, professional jobsite

The Successful Applicant
You're a great fit if you bring:
- 5+ years of Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent experience
- Strong background in commercial Building and Construction work
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and tight project schedules
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to field challenges
- OSHA certifications

Salary range: $130,000-$150,000
