Physician - Full-Time, Permanent

CareNational is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Physician (MD or DO) for a full-time, permanent position with Prosano Health Solutions at the Prosano Clinic. This role provides an opportunity to deliver high-quality, value-based care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to improve health outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Pay Details:
$240k-$265k
Competitive compensation package (DOE)
Position Details:
  • Location: Scottsdale, AZ
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday
  • Shift: Variable | 5 x 8-hour shifts
  • Hours: 40 per week
  • Type: Full-Time, Permanent
  • Start Date: 12/15/2025
Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients following clinical standards and quality guidelines.
  • Coordinate patient services, including specialty referrals, hospital/SNF transitions, DME, and home health care.
  • Participate in daily care team huddles as a key source of clinical expertise.
  • Maintain professional communication and foster collaboration within the practice.
  • Complete accurate and timely medical documentation, ensuring coding specificity.
  • Work closely with leadership to review quality data and support policy and procedure compliance.
  • Promote practice growth and community engagement through professional representation and outreach.
  • Ensure compliance with all state licensing and certification requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Current and unrestricted medical license (or willingness to obtain in state of practice and assigned region).
  • Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and patient relationship abilities.
  • Commitment to integrated, team-based, value-driven care.
  • Adaptability to evolving care models and technologies.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and basic computer applications.
  • Demonstrated dedication to exceptional patient service and care quality.
