About
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee payroll preparation, documentation, and distribution for employees across multiple locations.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, including tax withholdings and benefit deductions.
- Conduct regular payroll audits to maintain accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Develop and generate payroll reports for internal stakeholders and auditors.
- Serve as the primary contact for payroll-related inquiries, providing guidance to employees and management.
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 4+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP.
- Previous experience with payroll software, with international payroll experience being a plus.
- Relevant payroll certifications are preferred.
- Apply strong organizational and communication skills to manage payroll operations efficiently.
- Handle sensitive payroll data with integrity and discretion.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- Maintain a proactive, team-oriented attitude to support organizational initiatives.
