About

Security Leadership:Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive security guidelines to protect information and ICT infrastructure.
Resilience Planning:Formulate and oversee action plans to enhance organizational resilience against security threats.
Strategic Development:Create and manage forward-thinking security strategies to address emerging risks and vulnerabilities.
ISMS Management:Establish, operate, and continuously improve an Information Security Management System (ISMS).
Security Concepts:Collaborate on the development of Information Security and Data Protection concepts (ISDS).
Advisory Role:Advise and support clients, project teams, and senior management on information and ICT security matters.
Training and Awareness:Design, prepare, and conduct awareness and security training sessions for staff and stakeholders.
Stakeholder Communication:Maintain regular communication with clients, suppliers, and authorities, addressing inquiries and participating in client meetings.
Information Exchange:Stay informed about developments in the security field by reviewing media bulletins and other sources.
Consultation:Provide expert consultation to IT management on security-related issues.
Technology Evaluation:Evaluate and implement new security applications and services, such as Security Operations Centers (SOC).

Required Technical & Professional Expertise:

Educational Background:Diploma from a higher technical college (HF), University of Applied Sciences (FH), or University, preferably in Business Informatics or a related field.
Experience:Extensive experience in the development and implementation of security guidelines and strategies.
Resilience Expertise:Strong background in formulating and overseeing resilience-strengthening action plans.
ISMS Knowledge:Proven expertise in establishing and managing Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).
Concept Development:Experience in creating and supporting Information Security and Data Protection concepts (ISDS).
Advisory Skills:Excellent advisory skills with a focus on information and ICT security.
Training Capabilities:Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective awareness and security training sessions.
Communication Skills:Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, suppliers, and authorities.
Proactivity:Proactive approach to staying informed about developments in the security field.
Consultation Experience:Ability to consult and guide IT management on security-related issues.
Technology Implementation:Experience in evaluating and implementing new security applications and services, such as SOCs.
