* CA Professional Engineer License (PE) or PEng
* Strong mathematical, analytical, time management skills
* Education: A bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field is often required.
* Extensive project management experience, min 10 years, to handle project elements such as planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery
* Rail Transit Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with rail track, rail signal, or rail grade crossing design and construction
* Project Management: Proficiency in planning, coordinating, and handling multiple railroad projects within the area of responsibility
* Leadership Abilities: Ability to work in a dynamic matrix environment, collaborate with regional and local managers, and manage marketing and production efforts.
