Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
A Dunkin' Crew Member (CM) understands and exceeds guest expectations, needs and requirements.
A successful CM sets and maintains high standards for oneself, others, and acts as a role model.
CM's identify and resolve issues and problems to provide guests with a pleasant experience.
Relationships with team members are expected to be developed and maintained by all CM's.
Many Dunkin' restaurants are owned and operated by an independent franchisee. Each Dunkin' franchisee is an independent employer and thus solely responsible for hiring decisions and all other employment-related matters for the franchisee's restaurant(s).
