Benefits Category: This is an hourly, non-exempt, position. Benefits eligible if working 30 or more hours per week. PTO eligible if working 35 or more hours per week. ESOP benefits upon meeting plan entry requirements.
Schedule: Part time positions available (included in this is every other weekend)
What you will bring to our team:
A DSS must understand the different needs of individuals with disabilities. As a DSS you must have the ability to exercise flexibility and assertiveness, have a positive work ethic, problem solve, and navigate crisis situations effectively. A DSS must also be able to work without direct supervision.
Requirements
- Possess a valid driver's license and pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check.
- Must not be disqualified by criminal background studies.
- Meet the physical requirements as outlined in the physical assessment form. (pushing/pulling, lifting, bending etc.)
- Able to read and write in English.
- Able to document information electronically.
- Prior experience or training not required, but desirable.
