Overview
 Gallagher is looking for an ambitious Account Executive to join our thriving Poole office â a team known for its strong culture, collaborative spirit, and commitment to delivering outstanding results for our clients. How you'll make an impact
- Manage the renewal process for a substantial and diverse portfolio of clients across various industries, including those with large and complex needs.
- Take ownership of your book of business, focusing on renewing existing client accounts and ensuring tailored insurance solutions that meet their unique requirements.
- Identify and act on cross-sell opportunities to help clients access a broader range of services and grow your portfolio.
- Build strong relationships with clients, showcasing your interpersonal skills and commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Negotiate competitive terms with insurers to meet your clientsâ objectives.
- Collaborate with a dedicated new business team to support client acquisition and development.
- Work closely with a team of Account Handlers to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Handle account queries and credit control matters, resolving issues promptly and escalating concerns when necessary.
About You
- Youâre working towards or hold a Chartered Insurance Institute qualification (Dip CII/Cert CII).
- You have a strong understanding of general insurance products, services, and classes of insurance, as well as knowledge of the London Market, Lloydâs, and the wider industry.
- Youâre detail-oriented, with excellent administrative skills and a focus on accuracy.
- Youâre passionate about delivering outstanding client service and building lasting relationships.
- Youâre proactive and driven, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Youâre eligible to work in the UK and are open to travel as required.
