Guitar Technician

Guitar Center is seeking a skilled Guitar Technician to join our Retail Skilled Labor team. In this on-site role, you’ll perform setups, adjustments, and repairs on acoustic and electric guitars, ensuring optimal playability and tone. You’ll diagnose electronic issues, install pickups, and complete fretwork while maintaining detailed service records. Partner closely with sales associates to educate customers on maintenance, recommend gear, and support a vibrant, inclusive store culture. This role is ideal for techs passionate about music who want to grow their craft and help players find their perfect sound.
