Overnight Associate

As a 7-Eleven overnight associate for a Franchisee you will have the opportunity to create and maintain an exceptional store experience for your franchisee's guests. From coaching and training your franchisee's employees, to making sound operational business decisions, the 7-Eleven Assistant Store Manager will oversee all aspects of their franchisee's individual store as determined by the franchisee.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring sufficient staffing levels to meet the needs of your franchisee's guests
• Recruiting, training and developing staff
• Developing strong vendor relations
• Maintaining a clean, properly stocked and merchandised store
• Promoting 7-Eleven to your guests and community
• Maximizing sales and profits
• Identifying and resolving sales obstacles
• Managing and maintaining proper inventory levels and controls
