Physical Therapist

BreakThrough Physical Therapy seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care in our innovative outpatient clinics. In this role, you will evaluate musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions, design individualized treatment plans, and provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities to restore function and reduce pain. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document outcomes in our EMR, and contribute to a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and professional growth focused on achieving exceptional patient results.
