About The Role:
As we grow our capabilities GrayBar are seeking a motivated and technically minded Trainee Railway Electrical Technical Sales Engineer to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in engineering and in particular Railways, who is interested in combining technical expertise with a commercial customer-facing career.
You will receive full structured training in railway electrical systems, product knowledge, and sales processes while supporting senior engineers and sales managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support & Learning:
Learn and develop a strong understanding of railway points heating systems, Signalling Systems, standards and applications. Learn and support the preparation of technical proposals, quotations, and specifications for customers. Learn and assist in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and customer requirements.
