About

ARCS are currently recruiting for Full Time, Part Time & Relief Support Workers for their Autism and Disabilities centre based in Clogheen, & Bansha, Co. Tipperary. Who we are - As a Support Worker and working as part of a team you will be responsible for the day-to-day activities in the residential centre and work in close collaboration with the Deputy Team Leader and Team Lead in creating and maintaining a warm, accepting and secure environment for the young people in your care and will play a key role in the delivery of the highest standard of therapeutic residential services. What we can offer you: Attractive starting salary package for our Full time Support Workers of €37,000 - €40,000 annually (depending on experience) inclusive of sleeping time and premiums. Incremental salary scale Combination of shifts patterns i.e. sleepover, day shifts, Live waking night shifts. Continued professional development educational grants available to teams and individuals.
