Ideal for someone from a people-facing background (Hospitality, Education, Personal Training, Sales, Recruitment Coordination) looking for a career move. Role: The successful Recruitment Consultantwill manage the full 360 recruitment process. Business development with new and existing clients Manage your own client database Source and interview candidates Creating job specifications for clients roles. Receive full training and mentoring from senior consultants & the MD Requirements: Degree preferred (or equivalent experience) 1+ year in an office or recruitment environment A background in a people facing role such as Sales, Recruitment Coordination, Hospitality, Education or Personal Training highly considered.
