Product Manager (ERP Implementation) | Cork | Hybrid | Permanent Hiring on behalf of a global business seeking a Product Manager to own the vision and execution of enhancements across their Workday platform. Responsibilities Own and translate HR business needs into clear requirements and user stories Prioritise and manage a product backlog aligned to business value and platform capabilities Act as trusted advisor to HR and business stakeholders on Workday capabilities and best practices Facilitate workshops, manage expectations, and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups Lead Workday-related projects and initiatives end to end Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies proactively Enable data-driven decision making, automation, and AI opportunities within the platform Contribute to project planning, sequencing, and dependency management Requirements 5 years' hands-on experience with Workday in a product, functional, or consulting capacity Experience across one or more Workday modules - Compensation, Benefits, Core HCM, Learning, or Talent Acquisition Strong understanding of HR processes and how technology enables business value Product mindset with a focus on value, prioritisation, and continuous improvement Comfortable working with stakeholders across functions and seniority levels Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
